Reminder, nannies are not robots!
It’s unrealistic to expect a nanny to work on a 24/5 or 24/6 basis and want a long-term commitment.
In general, nannies only agree to work on a 24/5 or 24/6 basis if it is temporary and of course if they are paid on the basis of 24 hours per day…
Nannies need time for themselves too otherwise they risk burning out!
If you need 24 hour coverage and want a long term commitment, it’s best to have a whole team of nannies!
