Create your job ad, choose a pricing plan and proceed to payment.

Your jobs will be reviewed by our team within 1 working day once payment is settled and they will be published immediately once they have been approved.

Your jobs will stay on our job board for 8 days or 30 days depending on the package you chose.

There are 2 options available :

​- If you would like to post a very small number of jobs, or post just once in a while, Jobs for Nannies will charge 15 euros per job ad and your job posting will be advertised for 8 days.

​- If you intend to post regularly and if you would like to post as many jobs as you wish, Jobs for Nannies has the following package available : 30 days unlimited job ads for 75 euros.

Please, note that if you choose the “30 days unlimited job ads” package and if your agency’s website has its own job board, we will import your jobs automatically. You won’t have to post all of your jobs manually, and you will save time! Unlike other job boards, we won’t charge anything for this service!

Is Jobs for Nannies a Nanny Recruitment Agency?

No, Jobs for Nannies is not a Nanny Agency. Jobs for Nannies is a Nanny Job Board that allows Private Employers and Nanny Recruiters to post their vacancies.

Private Families, Nanny Agencies, Household Staff Agencies, Domestic Staffing Agencies, Family Offices & Concierge Services can use our website to find childcare and advertise their nanny jobs.

Real Estate Agencies, Hospitality & Yachting Agencies are also welcome to use our platform to post childcare vacancies.

We simply help Private Employers and Nanny Recruiters advertise their jobs and connect with pre-vetted candidates.

What type of jobs can I post on Jobs for Nannies ?

Jobs for Nannies is a platform dedicated to childcare. We specialize in advertising Career Nanny, Governess, Private Educator and Maternity Nurse / Newborn Care Specialist positions.

We can help advertise full-time, part-time, live-in, live-out, temporary, permanent and rotational positions.

You can also post Nanny/Housekeeper or Nanny/Personal Assistant jobs. However, we cannot help you advertise “Au Pair” roles or other Household Staff positions.

What type of candidates can I expect to find on Jobs for Nannies ?

Jobs for Nannies can help you source experienced and or qualified Nannies, Governesses, Private Educators and Maternity Nurses / Newborn Care Specialists who are legal to work in France & Monaco, Europe, the UK, the US or who are willing to work overseas (Middle East, South East Asia & other worldwide locations).

​Jobs for Nannies can help you find candidates who speak English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Russian, Mandarin, Greek, Portuguese, Arabic etc… or bilingual candidates.

How many candidates are available in Jobs for Nannies database ?

We currently have more than 12 000 registered users and approximately 6000 active CVs online, and both our nanny community and our website’s traffic keep growing steadily.

Our candidate database is smaller than some other job boards because we prioritize quality over quantity. Indeed, we make sure that the candidates using our website are childcare professionals with experience and / or qualifications. We also accept candidates willing to start a career in childcare.

Ultimately, we target candidates who are legal to work in the areas we cover.

We do our best to ensure that you will not receive unsuitable applications.

How do I create my job ad?

​It’s very simple, click on the pink “CREATE JOB AD” button and fill out the form.

Once the form is completed, you must click on “Preview”.

When you are on the “preview” page, you can go back to modify your ad. If you do not need to edit your ad, you must click on “Choose a package”.

Choose the appropriate package and follow the instructions on the “payment” page.

Once payment is settled, a “order confirmation” message will appear and we will be notified that we need to review your job posting. We will review and publish your job posting ASAP!

How do I use my “30 days unlimited job ads” package?

This package allows you to post as many job offers as you want and it is valid for 30 days.

You can easily add new job listings from your recruiter dashboard by clicking on “Add job” then clicking on “Create a new job”.

When you create a new job ad and when you are at the “choose a package” stage, you will get to see if you have a current package or not : if you have a current package, it will appear at the top of the packages list, simply select it and click “submit”.

If no current package appear at the top of the packages list, that means that you need to proceed to buy one.

Please, note that packages are never automatically renewed. If you would like to renew a package, you must do so manually.

How do candidates submit their applications ?

Candidates can contact your agency and apply for your jobs via our platform. If they choose to submit their application via Jobs for Nannies, your Agency will be able to track applications via your recruiter dashboard on the platform.

​However, most of the time, candidates will prefer to be redirected to your website. They will contact you directly by email or via your Agency’s website. In that case, it will not be possible to track applications on your dashboard.

How can I see the applications I received via Jobs for Nannies?

​Any applications you may receive via our platform will be sent to the email address you provided.

Alternatively, you can view the applications you received via your “recruiter” dashboard.

You can see the number of applications you received in the column “Applications”. Clicking the number (when there are applications) will reveal the application list.

Can Jobs for Nannies upload my jobs on my behalf to save me time?

If you have a current package, yes, we can upload your job(s) on your behalf to save you time, simply email us your job description(s) and we will upload them for you.

If you do not have a current package, you will need to post at least one job yourself in order to pay for the unlimited jobs package.

How can I move my job offers to the top of the list ?

You can only move your job offers to the top of the list if you have purchased the “30 days unlimited jobs” package.

If you want to move a job offer to the to of the list for better visibility, you can do so from your dashboard.

Click “duplicate” under the job title and submit your job offer as if it were a new ad. When we approve your new ad, your job will be automatically published at the top of the list.

How do I get my agency listed in the Agency Directory ?

If you would like to be added or removed from our Agency Directory, or if you would like to make any changes to your agency listing, simply email us. Agencies can appear in our Agency Directory for free, even if they do not advertise any jobs on Jobs for Nannies.

Is it possible to search for applicants in the Candidate Pool even if my agency is not advertising any job on Jobs for Nannies ?

Yes, absolutely. If you would like to search for applicants in our Candidate Pool without advertising any jobs, you will simply need to create a free recruiter account with a professional email address. Once your account has been verified (within 24 hours), you can start using our candidate database.

Can I delete my profile from your platform ?

Yes, of course! If you would like your profile to be permanently removed from our platform, simply send us an email (contact@jobsfornannies.com or jobsfornannies@gmail.com) to let us know. Your profile will be deleted within 48 hours and we will confirm via email once this is done.
