Nanny and Housekeeper are 2 very different jobs, and expecting candidates to fill both roles for the price of one is inconsiderate!
It’s ok to expect your nanny to take care of child related chores but not to thoroughly clean the house.
Some candidates are open to “Nanny/Housekeeper” roles, to be paid full-time instead of part-time for example, but in general few candidates are interested in these positions as they are too demanding and the pay is rarely commensurate with the extensive duties required for such a position.
