West Grand Bahama – VIP family in the Bahamas is seeking a bilingual Russian & English speaking Nanny/Educator with teaching experience for two children aged 3 & 9. The ideal candidate is a teacher turned nanny is discreet and trustworthy, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Must be able to work independently, but also happy working alongside other household staff.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Organize the children’s daily schedules, including school drop-offs/pick-ups, extracurricular activities, playdates, and downtime.
- Assist with meal planning and ensuring a healthy, balanced diet for the children.
- Assist with homework, reading, and structured learning activities tailored to each child’s level.
- Liaise with teachers, track academic progress, and ensure continuity of education when traveling
- Support language development in English and Russian
- Support the children’s tutors or step in on occasion if necessary
- Accompany the family on international trips.
- Encourage good manners, independence, and emotional intelligence in various settings.
The candidate will work 6 days per week and salary is €5,000 net per month.
