The role requires a proactive professional who can take full responsibility for the children’s wellbeing while fostering language development and strong foundations during the early years.
Responsibilities include all typical nursery duties such as maintaining the children’s routines, preparing meals, organising bedrooms and play areas, managing nursery runs, and arranging engaging, age-appropriate activities. The nanny will support developmental milestones, attend local classes and activities, and instil good manners and etiquette from an early age. Establishing and maintaining consistent routines is essential, as is the ability to provide confident proxy parenting when required. The nanny will also travel with the family as needed, ensuring continuity of care at home and abroad.
The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 to 12 hours per day. A confident driver is required, with a car provided for professional use. Accommodation consists of a private bedroom and bathroom within the family home. Salary up to $100,000 per year. Start by June.
