A private family in Palm Beach, Florida is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking ROTA nanny to care for their three young children, ages 4, 3, and a newborn. The primary focus of this role will be on the two eldest children, while supporting the family as needed with the baby.
This position requires a confident, proactive nanny who can take the lead with multiple young children, maintain structured routines, and actively support developmental milestones in a warm and engaging environment. Fluency in Spanish is essential, and candidates must be comfortable traveling occasionally with the family.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily care and supervision for two young children (ages 3 and 4), with support for a newborn as needed
Create engaging, age-appropriate activities, outings, and enrichment experiences
Support developmental milestones across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical areas
Teach and encourage independence with feeding, showering, and self-care skills
Plan and prepare simple, healthy meals for the children
Manage children’s laundry and maintain organized bedrooms and play spaces
Drive children safely to activities, classes, and outings
Maintain a warm, affectionate, and structured home environment
Travel occasionally with the family (passport-ready required)
Requirements:
Fluent Spanish speaker (required)
Proven experience caring for multiple young children
Confident leading routines and managing three children
Clean driving license and comfortable driving in South Florida
Must reside within one hour of both Miami and Palm Beach

Schedule:
Rotational schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off
