A private family in Miami, Florida is seeking a Spanish-speaking Live-In Nanny to provide high-level, hands-on care for their 3-year-old child and 6-month-old baby. This is a full-time role suited to an experienced, energetic nanny who is confident managing an active toddler while supporting infant care, with a planned transition to full responsibility for both children.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated, hands-on care for a 3-year-old, ensuring constant supervision and active engagement

Support care of a 6-month-old infant, progressing toward full care of both children

Manage toddler routines through structured activities, guidance, and close attention

Encourage emotional regulation, positive behavior, and developmental milestones

Plan and lead stimulating play, learning activities, and enrichment (no passive supervision)

Maintain consistent daily routines from morning through bedtime

Be available and attentive during nighttime hours as required in a live-in role

Prepare children’s meals 1–2 times per week

Keep children’s bedrooms, clothing, and personal items organised and well maintained

Work collaboratively with an existing housekeeper

Travel domestically and internationally with the family as required
