Mayfair, London – We are seeking an exceptionally organised, energetic Arabic speaking Holiday Nanny to support a high-profile family during their summer stay in London. The role is not a traditional nanny position, as each of the six children will have their own dedicated nanny.
Instead, you will take the lead as the master planner and organiser, coordinating daily schedules, activities, and outings across the city. You will ensure that all children, nannies, and the family’s private driver are well-prepared, punctual, and smoothly guided through the vibrant experience of London.
Your role will include:
Designing and managing a fun, enriching itinerary tailored to the children’s ages and interests
Booking and coordinating tickets, tours, activities, and child-friendly dining options
Liaising with drivers, nannies, venues, and parents to ensure seamless transitions throughout the day
Providing local insight and ensuring the group maximises their time in London
Acting as the main point of contact and group leader on all excursions
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English
Strong knowledge of London’s child-friendly attractions, museums, events, parks, and entertainment options
Proven experience in childcare, family support, or luxury travel planning
Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Confident managing logistics and leading a team in a busy environment
Flexible, discreet, and professional at all times
This is a live-out position, with full-time hours, flexibility required depending on the day’s plans.
