A family in Manhattan, New York is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking nanny to care for their 15-month-old toddler in a fully Russian-speaking household. The nanny will communicate exclusively in Russian with the child while also using fluent English to navigate the city, accompany the toddler to classes, arrange playdates, and interact with caregivers and instructors. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable toddler nanny who understands age-appropriate developmental milestones, enjoys planning enriching activities, and can work collaboratively alongside a stay-at-home mother—following guidance while confidently offering thoughtful suggestions. The schedule requires working every Saturday with guaranteed Sundays off, plus one additional flexible weekday off, with shifts ranging from 8–12 hours per day, 4–5 days per week. Travel availability is a plus but not required. Compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience (DOE).
