An active family based in Littleton, CO is seeking a rotational nanny team to join them in caring for their two-year-old and baby on the way!
Location: Littleton, CO
Ages of children: 22 months old, expecting a new addition in Jan 2023!
Start date/Contract dates: As soon as they find the right fit!
Schedule: Rotational position of two weeks on and two weeks off, 24/7 on-call coverage while on duty. The family will happily provide daily breaks and downtime during the on weeks.
Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to an annualized base compensation of $100-125k/year dependent on candidate experience. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
Benefits: The family is open to providing benefits including paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, matching 401k contributions, and relocation assistance based on candidate need and the full benefits package.
Live-in/Live-out: Live-in while working. Current nanny accommodations include private bedroom and en-suite bathroom within the family’s home. The family is planning to build private, separate nanny accommodations this year. The family is open to both candidates who would live out locally during their off weeks and may consider candidates who would fly in and fly out if they were a perfect fit.
