A warm and dynamic family in Dubai is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Montessori nanny to care for their three children aged 1, 4, and 7 years. The two older children attend school, so the primary daytime focus will be on the youngest child, with additional support before and after school for the older siblings. This role is ideal for a Dubai-based nanny who is passionate about Montessori principles, early childhood development, and fostering independence, confidence, and curiosity in children.
The successful candidate will provide attentive, age-appropriate care while supporting structured routines, learning, and emotional development. A proactive approach to planning engaging activities, educational play, and meaningful outings is essential. The family travels internationally, so flexibility and willingness to travel is a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care aligned with Montessori values
Support learning, routines, and emotional development for all three children
Assist with school morning routines and after-school care for the older children
Plan and lead engaging activities, educational play, and age-appropriate outings
Encourage independence, curiosity, and positive behaviour
Ensure children’s safety, wellbeing, and emotional health at all times
Travel internationally with the family as required
Schedule & Requirements:
5 days per week, full-time
Live-out position (no accommodation provided)
Dubai-based candidates only
Must be flexible and passport-ready for international travel
