A private family in Dubai is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and flexible live-in nanny to provide high-quality care for their 4-year-old son, with some additional support for their 4-month-old baby. This is a full-time role ideal for a professional nanny who enjoys supporting early learning, encouraging independence, and maintaining structured routines in a nurturing home environment.
The primary focus of the role is the care and development of the 4-year-old, while also offering assistance with the younger child as needed. Flexibility is essential, particularly during family travel 3–4 times per year, to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day care of a 4-year-old child, including meals, routines, and supervision

Encouraging independence and positive daily habits

Supporting rest and nap schedules

Planning and leading educational, creative, and age-appropriate activities

Supporting early learning skills, including literacy, numeracy, and social development

Providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

Assisting with light child-related household tasks

Maintaining the child’s wardrobe, bedroom, and personal spaces

Providing support with the 4-month-old baby as required

Travelling with the family and maintaining routines during trips
Working Hours & Accommodation:

12 hours per day, 6 days per week (flexibility required)
