International family in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking ROTA Nanny to care for two toddlers in a fully staffed household. This role requires full-time, live-in care during rotational shifts, with travel flexibility and a proactive, nurturing approach to development and daily care.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for two young children
Manage daily routines including meals, naps, play, and structured activities
Travel with the family and adjust care to various locations and time zones
Collaborate closely with parents and household staff to maintain consistency
Create a calm, engaging, and emotionally supportive environment
Assist with packing, organizing children’s items, and maintaining their spaces
Qualifications:
Fluent in Russian; English proficiency helpful
5+ years of nanny experience in UHNW homes; ROTA experience preferred
Confident in proxy parenting and independent decision-making
CPR and First Aid certified; background in early childhood education is a plus
Eligibility to work in the US
Schedule: Rotational, with overnights and schedule flexibility
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 + Benefits
