A family in Belgravia, London is seeking a Turkish-speaking ROTA Nanny to provide live-in, sole-charge care for their 2-year-old and 6-month-old on a 1-week-on/1-week-off rotation. This role is ideal for a highly experienced, organized, and flexible nanny who can manage all aspects of infant and toddler care while supporting developmental milestones, routines, and household coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Sole-charge care of both children during on-duty weeks (24/7), ensuring safety, nurturing, and age-appropriate stimulation
Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, including play, reading, outdoor time, and early learning
Manage daily routines: feeding, naps, sleep schedules, and milestone tracking
Nursery duties and children’s housekeeping: laundry, wardrobe management, tidying toys and rooms, and maintaining nursery areas
Prepare healthy meals and snacks, support weaning, and introduce a variety of nutritious foods
Maintain meticulous records of routines, feeding, and developmental progress
Liaise with parents and collaborate with the household team to ensure seamless communication and care
Must be passport-ready and flexible for occasional family trips
