Family in Amsterdam is seeking a Live-Out Nanny to care for their newborn baby, expected in December 2025.
Responsibilities:
– Providing full care for the newborn, including feeding, settling, and supporting physical and emotional development
– Engaging the baby in age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
– Preparing and providing well-balanced, nutritious meals for the baby
– Ensuring the nursery, bedroom, and play areas are clean and organized
– Handling the baby’s laundry, including washing, drying, and organizing clothes and toys
– Cleaning and maintaining baby-related equipment (sterilisers, bottles, car seats, etc.)
– Administering medication and taking the baby to the doctor if needed
– Taking the child on playdates or arranging social interaction opportunities as they grow
– Communicating regularly with the parents on the child’s progress, wellbeing, and needs
– Providing occasional light support with family laundry and helping with meal preparation
This is a long-term position for a nurturing and emotionally intelligent childcare professional who is passionate about supporting a child’s development from the earliest stages of life.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Annual gross salary € 48,000
February 2026 start
Candidate must speak English and/or Dutch and have the right to work in the Netherlands
