A high-profile family in Alpharetta is seeking a Professional Career Nanny to provide exceptional care for their 2-year-old daughter and a newborn arriving soon. They are seeking a long-term, dedicated childcare professional who is passionate about early childhood development, highly engaging, extremely energetic, and fully committed to a long-term career in childcare.
International travel is required, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable and experienced traveling extensively with a family.
The mother works from home and values a collaborative, team-oriented nanny who respects her parenting philosophies and communicates seamlessly.
Primary Responsibilities:
Child-Focused Care
Provide developmentally rich, age-appropriate care for a toddler and newborn
Support motor skill development, early learning, and a bilingual environment
Create engaging, educational, and creative play experiences
Maintain routine, structure, and consistency
Deliver professional newborn care, including feeding, sleep routines, and soothing
Family & Household Support (Child-Related Only):
Light organizing and tidying of children’s areas
Children’s laundry and wardrobe management
Preparing healthy meals/snacks for the children
Packing and organizing for frequent domestic and international travel
Schedule, Flexibility & Travel:
Flexibility for evening hours as part of the workweek
Ability and willingness to travel internationally and domestically regularly
Comfortable working in a team environment with a work-from-home mother
Qualifications:
Professional Career Nanny with at least 5+ years of nanny experience
Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) experience required
High-profile family experience is REQUIRED
International travel experience is REQUIRED
Bilingual in English & Spanish is REQUIRED
Excellent experience with toddlers and newborns
Highly energetic, engaging, and proactive
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Valid passport
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to update)
Schedule & Compensation:
Begins part-time, shifting to full-time (45 hours/week) in April
Family is open to full-time immediately for the ideal candidate
Salary begins at $35-45/gross hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience
