A family in Toronto, Canada is seeking an experienced Italian-speaking Nanny to care for their newborn. They are seeking a professional caregiver who is confident in all aspects of infant care and passionate about supporting early development. Both parents work from home, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with engaged parents while maintaining a proactive and independent approach to daily care.
Responsibilities include all newborn-related duties such as feeding, establishing sleep routines, and engaging the baby in age-appropriate developmental activities. The nanny will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised nursery, handling baby-related laundry, and supporting a consistent daily rhythm. The family travels frequently, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential, along with discretion and adaptability in new environments.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week. The role can be live-in or live-out; however, candidates must already have the legal right to work in Canada as no visa sponsorship is provided.
Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 per year depending on experience.
