We are seeking a French-speaking nanny in Cole Valley, CA to care for one baby girl. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced infant caregiver who is passionate about early childhood development and confident supporting key milestones during the first year. The ideal candidate will create a calm, structured, and engaging daily routine while fostering the baby’s growth through age-appropriate activities and consistent care. Candidates must already be based in San Francisco (no relocation candidates), and must be passport-ready and willing to travel to Europe with the family.
This role requires a proactive and knowledgeable nanny who can support developmental transitions such as introducing solids, establishing sleep and feeding schedules, and adapting routines as the baby grows. Strong communication skills and experience working with infants are essential, along with a warm, attentive, and professional approach.
Responsibilities include:
Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities to support the baby’s development
Supporting developmental milestones, including sleep routines and introducing solids
Preparing bottles and baby food/solids as needed
Maintaining a clean and organized environment related to the baby
Handling the baby’s laundry and keeping belongings organized
Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating daily routine
Traveling with the family to Europe when required
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Compensation: $40+ per hour
