A caring family in Manhattan, NY is seeking an experienced Japanese-speaking nanny to provide full-time care for their 1-year-old child. The ideal candidate is nurturing, reliable, and fluent in Japanese, with experience in infant care and a passion for supporting early childhood development in a safe, loving, and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities include providing attentive, hands-on care for the baby, managing daily routines such as feeding, naps, and hygiene with warmth and consistency, and creating a structured yet flexible environment that encourages growth and learning. The nanny will also engage the child in age-appropriate developmental activities, fostering cognitive, motor, and language skills, while ensuring the nursery and play areas remain organized and child-friendly.
Additional duties include light housekeeping related to the child, including tidying play areas, managing baby laundry, and keeping feeding supplies clean and organized.
This Monday through Friday position runs from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Competitive rate of $40–$50 per hour.
