A family in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking an experienced and highly organized Nanny to care for four school-aged children. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and confident working independently to ensure the children’s needs and routines are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include school drop-offs and pick-ups, managing transportation to activities, and coordinating the children’s schedules to ensure a smooth and structured day. During mid-day hours, the nanny will take initiative in household organization, preparing for upcoming activities, and ensuring the home remains orderly and well-managed. The role also includes travel with the family, including extended stays during the summer months, requiring flexibility and a willingness to support the family’s evolving needs.
This is a Monday–Friday position with split shifts.
Compensation starts at $40 per hour depending on experience.
