A returning client based in Highgate, London are looking for a Rota Nanny to care for a 3-year-old boy. The successful candidate will be fluent in both Russian and English, and capable of supporting the child’s overall development in close collaboration with the family office director, who oversees all aspects of the child’s growth and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Full nursery duties and daily care
Supporting the child’s developmental, emotional, and physical needs
Engaging in age-appropriate learning and activities
Liaising closely with the family office director
Maintaining a structured, nurturing, and safe environment
Candidate Requirements:
Relevant secondary vocational or higher pedagogical education
Montessori training (3–6) or equivalent early development background
Fluency in Russian and English
Proven experience with preschool-aged children
Knowledge of holistic child development approaches
Energetic and active – ideally with a love for sports, yoga, or similar activities
Excellent communication skills and articulate speech
Kind, cheerful, tidy, and emotionally balanced
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Current UK residency is essential
This is a live-in position during your rotation, working on a 3-weeks-on / 3-weeks-off schedule.
