We are a young family residing in Miami Beach. Currently seeking an experienced nanny fluent in Russian to join our household and provide exceptional care for our one-month-old newborn.
As a Russian-speaking nanny, you will play a vital role in nurturing and supporting our newborn while offering additional assistance to our busy family.
Responsibilities include:
– Providing attentive care and support for our one-month-old newborn, with a focus on maintaining a calm and nurturing environment.
– Assisting with newborn care tasks, such as feeding, bathing, and ensuring proper sleep routines.
– Supporting the mother in maintaining her preferred parenting style, offering guidance and assistance as needed without being intrusive.
– Engaging in open and clear communication with the family to ensure the smooth coordination of childcare duties.
– Undertaking light meal preparation and occasional home organization tasks, with the primary focus always on the baby’s well-being.
This is a full time position and salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
