Portuguese Speaking Nanny – Upper East Side, Manhattan
A warm family on the Upper East Side of Manhattan is seeking a Portuguese-speaking nanny to care for their two young children, a 3-month-old infant and a 2-year-old toddler. This is a live-out, long-term position for an experienced, nurturing professional who is confident caring for both newborns and toddlers.
The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, and experienced in supporting early childhood development while maintaining a calm, structured environment.
Responsibilities

Provide attentive care for a 3-month-old baby and 2-year-old toddler

Support developmental milestones through engaging, age-appropriate activities

Maintain feeding, nap, and daily routines

Assist with light housekeeping related to the children, including:

Kitchen clean-up after meals

Children’s laundry

Tidying play areas and nursery

Foster a warm, stimulating environment for growth and learning

Communicate regularly with parents regarding routines and development
Requirements

Fluent Portuguese speaker

Proven newborn and toddler care experience
