Looking for an experienced LIVE-OUT ROTA Nanny for B3.5 and G1.5 in Palo Alto, CA. A background in early childhood education would be a great bonus.
Duties:
– Provide a fun filled day with developmentally appropriate activities guided by the children’s interests,
– Get outside and into nature as much as possible,
– Occasionally cook for the children when the chef is away,
– Children laundry when needed, and any other child related duties,
– Travel with the family, short domestic trips no longer than a week at a time and also a month long trip to Jordan once a year,
– Childcare is the primary duty and also looking for someone who cleans up after themselves with the children, child related housekeeping and running small errands when the children are napping or if the parents are with the children.
The family follows attachment parenting and would like someone who supports this. Someone who is empathetic, intelligent and intuitive would be a great fit.
They speak Arabic within the house, as well as English. An Arabic speaker would be a bonus or another second language.
The children go to an outdoor school and muslim Arabic classes to teach the culture to the children.
Driver needed. The family car is available to use while on duty.
