A UHNW family based in Knightsbridge, London is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking Rota Nanny to provide exceptional care for their newborn baby. This is a prestigious role for a polished and professional nanny who is confident with newborn care, routines, and early developmental support. The successful candidate will create a calm, nurturing environment while supporting the baby’s early milestones and maintaining consistent routines. Discretion, reliability, and the ability to work seamlessly within a private household are essential.
The nanny will work on a 7 days on / 7 days off rota, providing 24-hour coverage during working weeks, and will live in while on duty. Responsibilities include all aspects of newborn care, establishing feeding and sleep routines, supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate interaction and stimulation, maintaining the nursery environment, and working collaboratively with the parents and other household staff. A native or fluent Russian speaker is required to support early language exposure.
Candidates must have substantial experience caring for newborns in private households, a calm and professional manner, and the ability to travel with the family if required. UK working rights are essential for this role. The family is offering a competitive salary of up to £70,000 gross per year, depending on experience, for the right candidate.
