HNW Family moving from London to Italy near Florence at the end of September, with two boys aged 2 and 6 months, is seeking a second nanny to join their household for 5 days per week, working on alternate weekends in shifts with the other nanny. The ideal candidate is warm, genuine and caring, who enjoys working with children. Someone who brings a calm and nurturing presence while also maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion. A love for the outdoors is a big plus.
Both children have well-established (and very different!) routines that we follow consistently. The nanny will be working in a shared-care environment, so teamwork and flexibility are essential. Previous experience caring for both infants and toddlers is required. Accommodation includes a private bedroom and bathroom.
They would like the Nanny to first go to Burgundy, France end of August 2025 and then relocate to Tuscany, Italy by the end of September 2025 with the family.
This is a Monday to Friday position (10 hr/day) and salary is € 52,000 gross per annum.
