We have nothing against “dog nanny” positions that come with top pay and conditions, but we always find it very unfair and even shocking when household staff agencies advertise optimal pay and conditions for “dog nanny” positions but not for “child nanny” positions… if a domestic staffing agency can negotiate the best packages for “dog nanny” positions, why can’t they do the same for “child nanny” positions?
#nannies What are your thoughts about those “dog nanny” positions that are better compensated than regular “child nanny” positions?
