“Flexible hours” = big red flag (unless you are compensated for it!)
Lots of job ads posted on our platform require “flexible hours” but do not state clearly if the nannies will be compensated for their flexibility… so our #nanny #tip today is : if you agree to work flexible hours, make sure you will be compensated for your flexibility!
