It’s normal to want to be involved with your children and it’s not easy to entrust your children to someone else.
But nannies are childcare professionals and that’s why you hire them… so it’s normal that they don’t want to feel like they can’t be trusted to take care of your child(ren) on their own.
Nannies don’t stay long when you micromanage them, so if you don’t want to be left without childcare, or if you don’t want to be constantly changing nannies, communicate your expectations and let your nanny do their job!
