Full-Time Nanny needed to join a great family and dynamic team to care for 2 young children in Winnetka, IL. This position offers a rota schedule–preferably alternating between 3 and 4 shifts per week. Shifts are 12 hours. Family is looking for a career Nanny to work alongside a stay-at-home mom long-term.
Daily duties include overall care of the children, including driving to school and activities, playdates, planning age appropriate activities, etc. Family is looking for a proactive Nanny who is loving, warm, engaging, and has a true passion for child development. Nanny must be willing to travel as family travels throughout the year. Salary is OPEN and dependent upon experience; includes paid vacation/holidays, annual performance-based bonus, long-term incentives, and FULL benefits.
