An experienced Newborn Care Specialist is needed in Tallahassee, Florida, contracted for 8 weeks beginning on December 5th, 2022.
The general schedule is as follows, with some flexibility needed according to the baby’s schedule and the mother’s recovery from her C-section.
– The first 2 weeks will be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
– The following 4 weeks will be 10-12 hours a night, 5-6 days a week.
– The last two weeks will be a combination of shifts; likely 2-3 days a week 10-12 hour overnights, and 2-3 days a week 24-hour shifts as the mother transitions back to work part-time.
The NCS will have 4-5 hour breaks on days scheduled for 24 hours.
