A lovely family near Spring Lake, New Jersey is seeking a temporary full-time nanny for their 10-month-old baby girl to start ASAP. The schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm and Fridays from 9am to 2pm, a guaranteed 45 hours per week. The position can be live-in or live-out depending on where the nanny is located. The job responsibilities include engaging their daughter in developmentally appropriate activities, keeping her belongings and spaces tidy and organized, and preparing her purees and meals as she grows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infant and toddler development and can guide the family in developmental milestones, eating, and sleep routines. Someone curious and even keeled who can strike a balance of being loving and warm with holding boundaries will do best in the role. You must be fully vaccinated for COVID and have a valid driver’s license. There is a possibility for the position to continue permanently in 2023.
