IMMEDIATE HIRE: Lovely Southampton, NY family of four is seeking a professional and nurturing live-in Nanny to care for 3-year-old twin boys. The responsibilities of the Nanny will include all aspects of childcare, such as accompanying the children to and from school and activities, ensuring their grooming and bathing needs are met, organizing their backpacks, toys, and play areas, cleaning up after children, and preparing healthy meals and snacks. The Nanny should also engage with the children in age-appropriate educational activities and assist them with schoolwork. Being a positive role model is crucial, and the Nanny should encourage good behavior and manners. The Nanny will work in conjunction with another Nanny, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Ideal Nanny is a team player, has a cheerful, warm and caring disposition and should be active, organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills. Native English speakers are preferred, and experience in early childhood development is a plus. Family does not have any pets and no travel is required. A valid driver’s license is a plus but not required (car is provided for work). Schedule is 5 days a week with two consecutive days off but must be flexible with schedule. Nanny can live-in for 5 or 7 nights, and private bedroom and bathroom accommodations are provided. Salary is $80K+ a year DOE, two weeks of paid time off, and health insurance provided. 401k plan offered after two years of employment.
