A young family with two school-aged children is seeking a dedicated and experienced live-in nanny. This is an exceptional opportunity for a nurturing and responsible individual to become an integral part of a household, caring primarily for a 5-year-old child while providing support to the family’s daily needs. As highly successful professionals, the family values the importance of a nurturing and communicative nanny who can help guide and educate the children. The schedule will be Monday-Friday and the hours will be from 8am-7pm. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in an environment with pets, as the family has 3 cats and a small dog.
Responsibilities
Organize creative activities and educational games
Transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities
Excellent understanding of childhood development in various stages
Prepare healthy, nutritious, and well-balanced meals according to the children’s needs
Light housekeeping duties including laundry service and tidying up
Requirements
Strong command of English language; outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent references from both current and previous employers
Minimum 3+ years related experience working in a similar role for a private home or family
Experience working in a private setting utilizing the utmost discretion
Comfortable working in an environment with pets is REQUIRED
Valid Passport: willing and able to travel with the family as needed
Legally able to work in the United States
