A private family in Shorewood, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and energetic full-time Nanny to join their household starting ASAP. The family includes three young girls ages 5, 3 and 1. The parents are both CEOs of privately owned companies and work primarily from home in a spacious residence located in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood just ten minutes north of downtown Milwaukee. Family also employs a part-time Housekeeper.
Key Responsibilities
Child Care: Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children, focusing on their physical, social, and cognitive development.
Discipline and Manners: Work in close partnership with the parents to instill discipline, manners, and a strong work ethic in the children, ensuring a consistent approach to child-rearing.
Transportation: Safely transport the children to and from school and various activities.
Household Tasks: Manage the children’s laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing their clothing and linens. Keep the children’s areas tidy and organized, including their bedrooms, bathroom, and playroom.
Meal Preparation: Prepare weekly meals for the family (2-3 meals per week), pack school lunches, and manage snack preparation. Maintain a grocery list for resupply.
Light Housekeeping: Clean the kitchen after meals, manage dishes, and ensure a tidy eating environment.
Errands and Special Projects: Occasionally assist with small household tasks, such as setting up for a dinner party or organizing the pantry.
A valid driver’s license is required. The Nanny must use their own vehicle, with mileage reimbursed.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. 45 hours/week guaranteed. Long term commitment desired.
Salary: $53,000 – $65,000 gross annual salary
