A sweet family located in Fairfield County bordering Litchfield County is seeking a nanny for their one-year-old daughter. The schedule for this position is somewhat flexible for the right person Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm but if the person needs a certain day off they can work around that. If the hours need to be somewhat changed they are also willing to work with the person.
Job duties for this role include activities for the child, making sure she has play-dates scheduled or taking her to the library, being very engaging with the child and coming up with activities for her to do. The family has a big backyard that they can play in during the warmer months. The grandmother of the child was the previous caregiver and will be at the home as well. The family does not need this person to do laundry or meal prep, the mother does all of this and will continue to do this for her child. The ideal candidate for this role will have knowledge in Montessori but it is not necessary.
A competitive rate of $25-32/hr is being offered for those qualified candidates.
