We are currently seeking an experienced nanny to support our client, a HNW family in Seattle, Washington. This role will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, engaging them in age-appropriate activities, and managing their daily routine. This role is very hands-on and requires candidates to have a very flexible schedule. We are ideally looking for someone with at least five years of experience working with families with multiple children. This role also requires regular drop offs and pick ups so a clean driving record and license is necessary.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, nurturing care for children in a private household
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the children
Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, including educational and recreational activities
Prepare and serve meals and snacks for the children
Manage the children’s daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and bedtime routines
Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as laundry, cleaning up after meals and activities, and organizing toys and books
Communicate regularly with parents about the children’s development, activities, and any issues or concerns
Collaborate with parents to establish and maintain consistent rules and routines for the children
Regular drop offs and pickups to school and activities
Requirements:
Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
Must be able to travel semi frequently
Must have a clean driving record, vehicle, and valid license
Must have a minimum of 5 years working for a family with multiple children
Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday: 8am-8pm, with some flexibility
Compensation:
$40-55 per hour DOE, benefits stipend
