Location: Santa Barbara area
Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off, (rotating with another nanny) only working 26 weeks out of the year!

A family living in the Santa Barbara area is seeking a full time nanny to care for their two children, with a schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off. You will rotate with another nanny who is already in place. Although this is a full charge position for someone who is highly experienced in handling all things child related (cooking for kids, kids laundry, educational activities, knowing milestones, etc) the parents are incredibly hands on and a such you should be comfortable tag teaming with mom or dad throughout the day.
This is a fully staffed household. Please be experienced and comfortable working in a high profile home and happy to work on a team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is friendly, upbeat, and has lots of energy to keep up with two small kids. You must be 100% comfortable to prepare healthy, balanced meals for the kids if needed. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is seasoned, truly loves to spend time with kids, and wants to be a nanny for the long term!
Duties/Responsibilites:
Full charge child care
Handling kids laundry, managing their closets, keeping track of sizes, etc
Preparing meals as needed
Coming up with fun, creative, educational activities every day
Going for walks, staying active outdoors
Playing and engaging with the kids
Bath and bedtime routines
