A family in Ross is seeking a warm, loving, energetic Nanny / Family Assistant to help with childcare and household tasks. Their children are 5 (girl), 7 (girl), and 9 (boy) years old and get along best with adults who are bubbly, fun and outgoing! Responsibilities include helping with the morning routine (getting the kids dressed, fed and walking them to school), running errands, grocery shopping, meal prep, light tidying, light laundry, and helping with the afternoon routine (picking the kids up, taking them to activities, overseeing homework, helping with dinner and bed/bathtime).
Their ideal person is compassionate, but also good at holding boundaries with children and helping them foster their independence. Ultimately the best person for them is upbeat, athletic and can easily keep up with three energetic kids! Their children are fun-loving and enrolled in piano, football, ballet, hip hop, and gymnastics!
The family is open to a live-out or live-in Family Assistant. Live-in accommodations include an ADU with its own entry and en suite bathroom. They can set up a kitchenette as well if that’s preferable.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. + 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. (35 hours/week guaranteed)
Salary Range: $30-35/hour LIVE-IN or $40-$45/hour LIVE OUT, D.O.E.
