Reno, Nevada with travel – We are seeking a long-term, education-focused Nanny/Family Assistant to care for three wonderful children (one toddler and two in elementary school). This role requires a unique candidate who can balance childcare with family assistant duties, ensuring the household runs smoothly. The family travels frequently, particularly to California, so being travel-ready is essential.

Family Management/Household Duties:
– Assist mom with various tasks
– Organizing
– Run errands and order groceries
– Travel planning and packing for family trips
– Track household supplies and children’s needs (clothing, school supplies)
– Meal prep and cooking, with a focus on healthy, pescatarian meals
– Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, cleaning the kitchen, etc
Childcare Duties:
– Maintain children’s daily routines as set by mom
– Teaching and reinforcing good manners
– Supporting the children with their homework and instrument practice
– Provide attentive, hands-on care for the toddler, always ensuring upmost safety
– Promote active and healthy lifestyles, encouraging outdoor play
– Planning daily educational activities based on the parent’s goals
– Assist with pickups/drop offs
Requirements:
– Clean driving record
– CPR & First Aid certified
– Ability to cook and follow healthy recipes (pescatarian meals, limited sugar, dairy, gluten)
– Valid passport and willingness to travel
– Montessori experience or willingness to learn
Schedule: ROTA. 7 days on (24/7 during on week) 7 off, with a few hours of assistance during the off week (~4).
Salary: $120,000-$140,000 per year. Relocation Assistance Available.
