Our client is seeking a Nanny to live in during the week at their home in Ravenscourt Park in West London. This role will be a sole charge position as both parents work full time – both work from home. The home is located on a lovely park and has a nice big garden! Mum is looking for someone who is flexible and can travel with the family for around 8 weekends per year if needed – 1 month in Ireland (can get flights back when a break is needed). Mum would also like babysitting on any given day of the week – usually one day per week and this would mainly entail having the monitor on while mum and dad are out of the house in the evening while the child is sleeping (sleeps right through from 7:30pm to 7:30am).
The current nanny leaves Fri evening and returns on Sunday evening.
Accommodation: Large double room with ensuite (just for during the week – candidate will need own accommodation on weekends)
General duties:
- Preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for the child – 1 night per week cooking a family style meal for mum and dad
- Take to park/playground
- Nursery duties
- Putting down for naps
- Giving him a bottle
- Playing and entertaining
- Bath and bed time if mum and dad are out
Candidate requirements:
- Experience with toddlers
- Someone flexible
- Happy to travel with the family when needed
- Someone organised and who is good at engaging and developing children
- Someone who will educate and interact, encourage good manners
- Pet friendly – family have a dog
