A lovely family is seeking a dedicated Rota Nanny to provide exceptional care for their young children. They are looking for a qualified, experienced, and nurturing individual to become an integral part of the family.
You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality childcare for their young children, ensuring their safety, growth, and happiness. You will work on a rotating schedule, collaborating with another Rota Nanny to maintain 24/7 coverage. This role offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated and experienced childcare professional to make a lasting impact on the family.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and age-appropriate care for young children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and maintaining daily routines.
- Plan and engage in educational and stimulating activities to foster the children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment at all times, including monitoring, and following safety protocols.
- Manage the children’s schedules, including naps, school, extracurricular activities, and playdates.
- Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding the children’s progress, milestones, and any concerns.
- Coordinate with the other Rota Nanny to ensure a seamless transition of care during shift changes.
- Traveling with the family
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nanny or Childcare Provider, with a strong background in caring for young children.
- Childcare-related qualifications are a must
- Excellent knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as per the rota schedule.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Non-smoker.
- US passport holder or have a visa to work in the USA
Rota schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off or potentially 4 weeks on 4 weeks off
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per annum
