A lovely couple and their 17-month-old daughter will be traveling to Europe in January and are in need of a nanny to travel with them from New York to Nice, France. The role will require the nanny to work full-time for 3 weeks, January 2nd through 23rd as well as the return flight back to New York. The live-in accommodations will be a private bedroom and bathroom and you will have the baby monitor overnight. The child is not sleeping through the night, so the nanny will be responsible for continuing to sleep train while traveling. The family will spend 1 week in Nice, France, and then travel to Sweden for the remaining 2 weeks of the trip. The nanny will be expected to prepare meals for the child, engage with the child, change diapers, pack for the child, manage nap and feeding schedules, and communicate with the parents. The ideal candidate will be calm, patient, and able to act as a reassuring presence and extra set of hands for the Mother. You must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally. Extensive experience traveling with families is preferred. The family is offering an hourly rate of $35-$45/hour and a flat overnight rate.
