We are seeking a skilled Rotational (ROTA) Nanny to support a busy family and their two young children (a 17-month-old girl and a 4-month-old boy). The role requires a background in child development, ideally with knowledge of the Montessori method or similar educational approaches. The nanny will provide comprehensive support, including cooking and light tidying as needed, while traveling with the family. This position operates on a two-week-on, two-week-off schedule, with the family covering travel expenses.
Requirements:
– Experience in early childhood development, with a Montessori or similar educational background preferred.
– Ability to assist with various household tasks, including cooking and tidying.
– Willingness to travel extensively, with flexibility in location (LA or NY preferred).
– Language skills in Italian, Spanish, French, and/or other languages are a plus.
Responsibilities:
– Provide nurturing and developmentally appropriate care for a 17-month-old and a 4-month-old, encouraging their growth and development.
– Implement child-centric educational activities aligned with Montessori or similar approaches.
– Assist with light household tasks, including meal preparation for the children and tidying up play and living areas.
– Travel with the family as needed, providing consistent care and flexibility across various locations.
Schedule:
– 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (ROTA schedule).
Compensation:
– $100,000 – $140,000 base salary, plus benefits.
