An active family of six, on the Upper West Side, needs to hire an engaging full time Nanny who can assist with the care of four school aged children. Responsibilities include: after school pick up, transporting the children to/from activities, preparing meals, packing sports bags and school lunches, coordinating playdates, managing the children’s schedule, and assisting with bedtime routine. Candidates who apply must drive and be comfortable driving an SUV in the city. Good cooking skills would be a plus. Nannies with experience working with children with special needs, specifically ADHD is preferred. The Nanny must be engaging, patience and not rigid. Must travel and live in with the family to Martha’s Vineyard during the summer months and work 2 weeks on/1week off. International travel is required over winter and spring break. The schedule is Monday through Friday week, either 12pm – 8pm, 1pm – 9pm or 2pm- 10pm. The Mom will provide the Nanny with her weekly schedule ahead of time. An Uber is provided after 9pm. Salary: $1,600/week for a 40 hour work week plus overtime and health insurance stipend. Immediate start.
