A family based in Bahrain is looking for an experienced and highly educated nanny to support the intellectual and social development of their four children (ages 7, 6, 3, and 1.5). The role is focused on education and organizing the children’s schedules rather than general childcare or housekeeping, as there are other nannies in the household for those tasks.
The nanny will work with one child at a time on a rotational basis (e.g., for a week or a couple of days in a row), tailoring activities to their needs and interests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early education, creativity, and fostering curiosity in young minds.
Key Responsibilities:
Encourage children to engage in learning and complete their studies
Plan and organize educational activities to inspire curiosity and passion
Promote intellectual, social, and emotional development
Support children in developing good manners, etiquette, and positive behavior
Assist with homework and school-related tasks
Plan a structured daily routine, balancing learning with fun activities
Organize cultural and educational outings
Help children with extracurricular and play-based learning activities
Communicate with parents and teachers about the child’s progress
Collaborate with parents and educators to maintain a structured schedule
Requirements:
Background in education, early childhood development, or a related field (Norland qualification)
Experience working as a nanny or tutor for children of similar ages
Passionate about education, creativity, and child development
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team with other household staff
Flexibility to adapt to the family’s needs and schedules
Schedule: 5.5 days per week (10 to 12 hours per day)

Salary: Up to £5,500 per month
