Family in Los Gatos is seeking an experienced, Waldorf-inspired ROTA nanny to join their household and care for their 8-year-old twin boys. One of the twins is non-verbal and on the autism spectrum, so the ideal candidate will bring special needs experience, a patient and intuitive approach, and an enthusiasm for outdoor activities and creative play.
The family values a nanny who can create fun, engaging, and developmentally enriching days, filled with Waldorf-inspired crafts, pretend play, outdoor adventures, and hands-on STEM activities. Swimming and active outdoor play are important parts of the family’s routine, so comfort in the water and an energetic, athletic nature are essential.
Schedule: ROTA (7 days on, 7 days off)
Compensation: $50-$60/hour, overtime, plus full benefits
