Lady Lake is located in central Florida, an hour from both Tampa and Orlando. These entrepreneurial parents have 4 awesome kids (3, 4, 6 + 9) and with their busy work/life schedules, are needing to add another fantastic nanny to their team! The currently have a full-time nanny whom they adore, but recognize she can’t consistently work 7 days a week, and are seeking someone to collaborate with her to ensure full coverage. Family is open to different schedules, but are thinking a ROTA schedule of either 4 days on/off or 7 days on/off could work great! All 4 kids are in school so their current nanny works from 12pm-8pm, but would love help in the mornings as well, so a split shift would be ideal, 6am-8am + 12pm-8pm. They do need coverage two weekends a month while dad travels for work, and may need 24-hour coverage on those days. Also, during school breaks and summers, you should expect to work longer days, although they will often have summer camps scheduled throughout. Rate is $30-35/hr gross. The family has multiple residences across the US and need a nanny who is excited to travel with them – get ready for northern Michigan summers on the lake, Aspen, CO ski trips, and lots of beach time in FL! They take 3-4 longer vacations each year (2-3 weeks) + other shorter weekend trips, and will alternate travels between the two nannies.
