This busy family are looking for an experienced, professional, and engaging Rota Nanny with a mature approach, to work on 24 hours on a 7 days on / off rota as part of a nanny team caring for three children (January 2015, April 2017, September 2020). A Nanny with SEN experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
The Rota Nanny who joins this family needs to have experience with children of similar ages. They need to be very happy to be flexible and able to adapt easily, ensuring that consistency of care for the children is never compromised. The Nanny will need to have excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills – there is a lot of autonomy in the role and so it is essential that the Nanny is confident to work on their own initiative as well as working as part of the nanny team and alongside other staff members within the household.
A Nanny who has experience of working in a rota position previously is essential. This is a fully staffed household so the main focus is on caring for the children. During school hours for the older children the Rota Nanny will be expected to keep up with administrative duties and planning for evenings, weekends and holidays.
Accommodation comprises own bedroom and bathroom either within the family home or within the nanny apartment.
The Rota Nanny needs to be happy to travel as there is travel both to Europe and internationally during the school holidays.
The family have 3 dogs.
A car driver is not required.
