This busy household is looking for a fun, engaging nanny to help care for their boys aged 6 and 9.
You’ll be required to be on 24/6 duty each week responsible for managing the boys’ routines, dealing with school runs, arranging their schedules and appointments and keeping their areas neat and tidy. The boys are both at school from 8am to 3.30pm each day. During this time you’ll have some free time as long as you’ve completed your duties.
The boys are very sporty and active, so they would like someone who will get involved and play sports with them.
The family has a housekeeper and a cook employed who normally take care of the children’s laundry and meals, however you should be happy to help if either of these people isn’t at work. A driver is also employed who will be available to you when required.
The family travels extensively during school holidays, spending time on yachts in the Mediterranean, travelling to destinations such as Europe and the US, so the ability to travel freely is essential.
The boys spend 1 to 2 days per week with their Dad, and your day off will coincide with one of these days – which can change from time to time depending on Dad’s schedule.
You’ll have your own room and will share a bathroom with the youngest child in Istanbul but when travelling you may need to share a room with one of the children.
The boys’ first language is English and the youngest has a speech delay, so a candidate with a neutral English accent is preferred.
Whilst the start date is Early July, the family would like to trial in the months beforehand.
The family has 2 cats, so an animal lover is essential.
